Nusuk requires you to book through authorized agents connected to Saudi-approved providers. For Caribbean pilgrims, this can be confusing due to limited local guidance, e-wallet issues, and unfamiliar steps in the registration process. You’ll need a valid machine-readable passport (with at least 6 months validity from your return date), a Saudi Hajj visa issued via Nusuk, and mandatory vaccinations such as Meningitis ACYW135. Depending on your departure country in the Caribbean, Yellow Fever and influenza vaccines may also be required.
With Sara International Travel costs vary depending on the package types. On average, prices range from $8,999–$15,999 USD for full-service packages with 5-star accommodations, meals, and guided services.
For Caribbean pilgrims, it’s important to set up your Nusuk account and e-wallet early because official Hajj packages often launch with very little notice, sometimes just 2 to 4 weeks before Hajj. By having your account ready, you’ll be able to act quickly when registration opens. The cancellation fees for Nusuk Hajj packages depend on when the cancellation is made. There’s a general 2.3% processing fee plus VAT deduction when funds are withdrawn from the Nusuk wallet. If the Hajj permit is issued and the cancellation happens between the 15th of Shawwal and the end of Dhul Qadah (9 days before the climax of Hajj), 10% of the contract value is deducted. If the cancellation occurs on or after the first of Dhul Hijjah (the month of Hajj), the entire contract value is forfeited.
