Every step we took last year was guided by one principle, to make the journey of Nusuk Hajj 2025 as smooth, dignified, and spiritually fulfilling as possible for our pilgrims. From the moment they entrusted us with their registration until the day they returned home with their hearts purified and souls uplifted, we stood by them as companions, helpers, and humble servants.
As soon as our pilgrims registered with us, we took full responsibility for guiding them through the entire Nusuk process. Our dedicated team assisted in creating their official accounts, uploading all required documents, and ensuring their applications were accurate and complete.
During the days of Hajj, our pilgrims were accommodated in 5-star hotels close to the Haramain, ensuring both comfort and ease of access for their worship. We also provided 24/7 ground staff and expert guides, who were always by their side to handle every need, answer every question, and resolve every concern.
To honor our pilgrims, we provided them with complimentary Hajj items, including Ihram, scarves, prayer mats, Zamzam water bottles, identity badges, bags, and pebble bags.
Perhaps the most valued service we provided was spiritual and practical guidance at every step. From Tawaf to Sa’i, from Mina to Arafat, from Muzdalifah to Jamarat. One of the most important rites of Nusuk Hajj is the Qurbani (sacrifice). We ensured that each pilgrim’s sacrifice was performed correctly and on time, in accordance with the Sunnah.
