The countdown to Hajj 2025 has begun, and time is running out! We know how important this sacred journey is, and we want to make sure you’re ready for every step of the process. The official Nusuk platform will soon have the Hajj packages available, and it’s important that you register as soon as possible to secure your spot.
We encourage you to follow this step-by-step guide to create your account, upload your documents, and complete your application. Our team is ready to help whenever you need us, so don’t hesitate to reach out for any assistance.

Step 1: Creating an Account
- Go to hajj.nusuk.sa
- Click the “Start Registration” button.
- Choose your country of residence (e.g., United States) and acknowledge the selection by ticking the checkbox.
- Provide your email address accurately, please use a new email to make the process easier. A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent here for login.
- Verify Email:
- Check your email for the OTP.
- Enter the 6-digit OTP to verify.
- Create a strong password meeting the Nusuk requirements (requirements will turn green when fulfilled).
- Use your email and password to log in. Enter a new OTP sent to your email for every login.
Step 2: Uploading Documents
Upload your valid and accurate documents to get verified by Nusuk.
Required Documents:
- Passport (photo and information page only).
- Personal photo with a white background.
- For Non-American passport holders: Additional proof of residence (e.g., Green Card or visa).
File Format & Size:
- Accepted formats: PNG or JPG (PDF or DOC not accepted).
- Passport: Resize to 800 x 400 pixels.
- Personal photo: Resize to 200 x 200 pixels.
Resizing Tools:
- Use an online image resizer (e.g., imageresizer.com).
- Ensure the “Lock aspect ratio” box is unchecked during resizing.
Upload the resized documents to the platform. If your passport is nearing expiration, ensure it is valid for at least six months from your expected date of travel. Renew your passport immediately if required.
Step 3: Completing the Hajj Application Form
- Confirm that the details extracted from your passport are accurate.
- Enter Additional Details:
- Phone number (include country code, e.g., +1 for the USA).
- Social Status: Select appropriately.
- Emergency Contact (optional)
- Enter your residence address and select the nearest Saudi Embassy.
- Occupation Details:
- Choose from options like self-employed, retired, government, or private sector.
- Provide the name for your current employers and previous employers.
- Travel Details:
- Approximate entry date.
- Expected stay duration.
- Choose “Air” for travel mode.
- Answer all personal and background questions accurately.
Step 4: Submit the Application
- Carefully review your entire application for accuracy.
- Click Submit to complete your registration.
The Nusuk team will review your submission and notify you of the next steps. Watch your email for updates.

No, it is not permitted to perform Hajj for two people in one trip. The rituals of Hajj and Umrah can only be done on behalf of one person at a time.
According to the Saudi Embassy, Visitors arriving for the purpose of Umrah/Hajj or for seasonal work are required to submit a certificate of vaccination with the quadrivalent vaccine against meningitis issued no more than 3 years and no less than 10 days before arrival in Saudi Arabia.
