Refund & Cancellation Policy

1.1 In accordance with our booking terms, cancellations for Umrah or Halal Tour packages are subject to the following charges per person, based on the time remaining before the scheduled departure date:

• More than 90 days before departure: $500 cancellation fee

• 60 days before departure: $1,000 cancellation fee

• 30 days before departure: $1,500 cancellation fee

• Within 30 days of departure: $2,000 cancellation fee

1.2 These charges reflect non-refundable costs incurred in securing flights, hotel bookings, visas, and other travel arrangements in advance.

1.3 All cancellation requests must be made in writing to [email protected]. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 21 business days of confirmation.

1.4 Please note: These cancellation fees apply in addition to any other third-party fees (e.g., airline, credit card or hotel policies) that may apply.

Travel Insurance Requirement for Iran and Israel

2.1 Passengers traveling to Iran or Israel are required to arrange their own comprehensive travel insurance covering the full duration of their trip, from the time of departure until return.

2.2 Sara International Travel shall not be held responsible for any medical expenses, travel disruptions, or other incidents occurring during travel to these destinations. Passengers are advised to ensure their chosen insurance policy provides adequate coverage specific to their travel plans.

2.3 Failure to secure appropriate travel insurance is done at the passenger’s own risk.
