Sara International Travels is a full service travel agency that is very professional and well organized with specialized professionals in each department, available easily for any and all questions. My airlines changed their flights. I called Usama immediately and he contacted the airlines directly, dealt with all the details, fixed everything and called me back reassuring me everything was all set, and indeed it was. I had no worries or hassles to deal with. We ended up needing a different Umrah itinerary from the big group because of our arrival and departure dates. Imam Zameer was able to make that happen seamlessly, it felt like we had our own private tour. At each step of the journey, there was a team member to greet us and transfer us to the next locations. What was especially amazing is that these people were locals, so they knew little secrets of how to get around some issues that someone who didn't live there would not have known what to do. Abdul and Khalide in Madinah and Khaled and Mohammad in Makkah were exceptional and above and beyond our expectations. They were always available to answer questions and guide us and direct us. They were always calm and kind. They kept us well informed via group text messages as well. 
We would definitely use this company again for its professionalism, organization and thoroughness. Starting from the head of the company with Imam Zameer to every person that helped us along the way. The hotels were 5 star with excellent locations and accommodations. Sara International Travel allowed us to focus on our Ibada, because we knew they were taking care of everything else. Alhamdulillah, may Allah bless you all at SIT and reward you for helping us with our Umrah.

I can’t praise Sara International Travel enough, for the white glove, Five Star treatment my family received throughout our entire Umrah journey. From the first time we spoke with the CEO, brother Zameer on the phone and explained to him that we wanted to embark on a holy journey to celebrate the completion of our daughter’s cancer treatment, he went above and beyond to custom-tailor a private package for my family to include all the elements to make it extra special, enjoyable, pleasant, and accommodate the needs of my young children. He was very thorough, kind, diligent and helped us book with speed and ease. Upon arriving to the holy land, we were blown away with every element from the moment we were greater by the most amazing guide, Abdul Wahab. We were greeted instantly upon arrival and whisked into a private car and showered with treats and water. The check-in process was seamless. The hotel was stunning and houses the world’s highest Masjid ! 
The second we arrived, our keys were handed to us, and we went right up to our suite and instantly greeted by a private guide who guided us through our Umrah. Every day, we had a beautiful itinerary prepared, visiting all the most sacred places and explored many museums, Arafat, Muzdelifa, Mina & many holy sites, including Mount Noor, where the Prophet Mohamed, (PBUH)received revelation. Our amazing guide communicated with us daily, gifted my family, wonderful personalized prayer rugs, and beads, & organized for us to complete a second Umrah. He also continued the journey with us as he joined us on our train ride, assisting with our luggage and children to Medina and had a private car & welcome committee to meet us upon arriving at another beautiful five star Hotel, steps away from the Prophet’s mosque (PBUH). We received a private tour of the mosque and shown sacred places. They also organized private tours to museums to educate my children and make it enjoyable for them as well as a private trip to Quba, Mt. Uhud and more museums. They went as far as booking our entry into praying in the beautiful Rawda. Our guide organized a private car to personally take us to the airport and handed us our Zam Zam water and made sure to stay with us until we were completely checked in and walked through security ! My children became so attached to our beautiful guide that upon departure my son cried at the airport. We can’t thank Abdel Wahab and Sara International Travel enough from the bottom of our hearts. This trip was a dream come true! I’ve been blessed with visiting the holy land four times and this was by far the best seamless most special experience all thanks to your amazing organization! May Allah reward you for the beautiful work that you do to make dreams come true. We recommend this organization above all others! Asalamualaikum wa' rahma' tallah, I have to say, it started out a bit hectic with our flight delay but alhamdullilah it all worked out. If there's is one thing I would change is timing of tours, with the waiting around for transportation, that took hours to wait... But alhamdullilah we were able to visit most of the promised areas for madina. Speakers were very knowledgeable as expected. Brothers Yasin and Brother Hasimi, I will never forget. In December of 2024, I was blessed to travel with SIT to perform Umrah. Prior to my trip I had a lots of questions and wondered about the whole process, but we were reassured during our zoom seminar that members of the SIT will be waiting for us and that all of our worries will be put at ease when we get to Medina and Mecca and indeed that was TRUE. From the moment we landed in Medina we were welcomed with warm smiles till the day we said goodbyes at the airport in Jeddah (with tears in our eyes), the SIT staff members didn’t leave our side. Our itinerary was well planned out for us with multiple scheduled tours of holy sites filled with valuable information and knowledge. Our umrah performances were guided step by step by SIT staff and they went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. From transportation, taking care of our luggage, making sure we felt well, offering us water, offering assistance to elderly, having our admission tickets to different places, making sure they answer all of our questions to making sure the group stays safe and together during umrah performances while worshipping Allah!
